•120-minute Initial Session: At this first session, we spend our time pinpointing your needs and establishing our coaching partnership. During this session, we will be gathering information about who you are, what’s important to you, what’s currently going on in your life and business that draws you to coaching, and what you would like to see change (Clarifying). This is the first of many sessions that will demonstrate the power of the coaching process. 

•2 hours of coaching each month: Coaching sessions will occur over the phone.

 

After we’ve worked together individually and/or in a group coaching session and our coaching has ceased, you may have a specific family issue you want to work on as a refresher. Or maybe an immediate crisis presents itself to you and your family and you want to schedule as-needed calls. We will schedule calls with you to support and guide you through.

For clients who have already coached with me, you now have an option for coaching through emails. This package includes two 20-minute laser coaching sessions and weekly email coaching interactions per month, answering your questions, brainstorming and keeping you accountable to your coaching work.

My workshops are interactive in nature and fun! Each of my workshops cover subject matter that is accompanied by handouts and/or a workbook. My current topics are listed on the website. I encourage group participation which makes your experience enjoyable and you’ll meet others whom you will certainly make a connection. Take a look at what I currently offer here.
